Shared Ownership

The Service Management Dashboard displays Pathways that you have built using Pathway Developer, along with any other Pathways that you have the rights to access/manage.

As the owner of a Pathway you can also share the management of the Pathway with other organisations.

Note - To manage a Pathway the organisation must have a Pathway Developer licence activated. This licence can be requested through your Account Manager.

To manage the Shared Ownership of your Pathway:

  1. From your Home page, select Service Management Dashboard.

  2. Select your Pathway from the list, scroll to see additional Pathways or apply Filters.

  3. Select Shared Ownership from the toolbar.

  4. The Shared Ownership settings displays on the right.

  5. Choose the Organisation(s) from the available list.
    Use the Quick Search or scroll to find relevant organisations, then select.
  6. Alternatively, to revoke access previously given, clear the check box next to the organisation.
  7. Select Save to update.
    A message displays "Organisation List Updated Successfully!".
